I did take the tour and it all looks easy enough. I don't have a MySpace account. I do, however, have a Facebook account which is similar. Here I have added friends, poked friends, sent a message, and viewed images. I find this a good way to keep in communication with family, and to see new photos. But thats about it.
Should the library have a MySpace page? Well, that is where so many tweens and teens are, lets go to them and invite them into our virtual library. We have so much to offer them from their computers - databases, homework help pages, etc. I continue to be suprised at the number of parents and children who come in to othe library and are THRILLED to be shown the databases and the weblinks pages.
