Thing 5 - Web 2.0 Thoughts

I have just read "We Need to Go Beyond Web 2.0" by Marshall Breeding. Wait ... I need to get caught up with Web 2.0. Having said that, some of this is not new to me: IM'ing is a super way to communicate with distant friends and family. It will be a useful tool for libraries to use to reach the customers who spend their time online.
